REGENERATION MANCHESTER: 60 dwellings PRE-APP

Masterplan for the regeneration of a neglected neighbourhood into a vibrant sustainable residential community of 60 new homes. Presented to Manchester City Council in a pre-app meeting the scheme was well received.

The site is adjacent to a Grade II Listed Building built in 1906.

The feasibility study focuses on analysing both the site constraints and opportunities for restoring the lost historic urban grain to finally reconnect the community.
