THE FARMSTEAD

A Grade II listed farmhouse and cottage established by the late 16th to early 17th century

Will be carefully renovated and brought back to its original setting to become the heart of a restored farmstead

Nine new family homes and two family homes created within the Grade II listed farmhouse arranged around a shared courtyard space will promote a sense of place and community
