the northern mill

In the heart of Manchester City Centre, the grade II listed Albert Mill sits proudly as a reminder of the city's rich textile history.

In 2010 Urban Splash converted the building into residential apartments. All the apartments were sold as open plan with a bathroom pod and kitchen to allow the tenants to fit out the space as they wished. The brief from our client was to convert the large studio apartment into a two bed apartment to respond to the changing needs of their home following Covid 19.
